Our story

ALPHOM’s adventure began in 2009 with international market consulting, and then turned in 2012 to executive recruitment (especially for expatriates), at the request of our clients.

After extensive training in the most advanced search techniques, we created a system of candidate sourcing based on in-depth data-mining. Our initial expertise in market analysis enabled us to understand recruitment at a holistic and strategic level. Today, this allows us to offer a personalized recruitment service beginning with a detailed analysis of needs and the market, followed by a refined selection of the most suitable candidates, and support throughout their integration in their new company.

Thanks to our unique approach and the trust of our clients (as well as our candidates!), we have set up management teams and entire departments, locally and internationally, across 22 countries. We have recruited ambitious leaders, committed managers and passionate specialists in various fields.
